Certified Teacher & Wellness Guide

I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and wellness guide based in South Surrey, BC, and I’ve been teaching yoga for just over 20 years. Yoga has been a lifelong path for me, and my work blends a wide spectrum of experience including my foundational certification within the lineage of Swami Sivananda along with certifications in prenatal yoga, yin yoga, and vinyasa asana styles. As well, I am trained in breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), intuitive coaching, and the healing arts.

Group Classes, Private Gatherings & 1:1 Sessions

Alongside teaching large group classes in the South Surrey community, I also offer intimate small-group sessions and private classes from my home studio, where I’m able to personalize each practice and support students in a way that feels deeply nourishing and aligned with their goals. My background in nutritional & lifestyle coaching, bodywork, and self-care rituals naturally weaves into my yoga offerings, allowing me to support individuals on emotional, physical, and energetic levels.

Presence & Inclusivity – A Safe Space for All

I am known for my warm presence, grounded energy, and the safe, inclusive space I create for students of all ages, shapes, backgrounds, and histories. My teaching is rooted in mindfulness, embodiment, and the belief that every person is a miracle and we each carry a unique and sacred journey. I love blending yogic philosophy with thoughtful sequencing, breath-centered practices, and moments of stillness that invite students into deeper connection with themselves. My classes are designed to be nurturing, strengthening & empowering, and supportive of nervous system safety, inner awareness, and authentic self-expression.

Holding Space – Guiding Movement, Meditation & Presence

Holding space is one of the greatest gifts I can offer to the world. I am devoted not only to guiding movement and meditation, but to being fully present with each student—listening, encouraging, and offering practices that meet them in the moment. I also love working one-on-one with individuals who want customized programs that integrate yoga, breathwork, meditation, intuitive coaching, and the healing arts to help them reach their wellness intentions.

Women’s Empowerment – Circles, Workshops & Wellness Experiences

Beyond the mat, I am passionate about supporting women in their personal growth, soul alignment, and self-care rituals. I hold circles, workshops, and wellness experiences where I combine yogic wisdom with intuitive guidance and embodied practices to help women step into their strength, clarity, and purpose.

I believe wholeheartedly in the transformative AND supportive power of yoga

Lineage & Inspiration – Teachers Who Shaped My Path

My teachers and lineage remain at the heart of who I am; studying with the likes of Michael Stone, Lesley Kaminoff, Jason Crandall and Stephanie Snyder. I am truly inspired by so many other modern contemporary teachers in the world and eternally curious about what this life experience has to teach me. The traditional teachings of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and buddhist meditation continue to anchor my practice, and I remain a devoted lifelong student—forever grateful for the guidance and wisdom I’ve received along the way.

I am committed to sharing this practice with authenticity, kindness, and a sincere desire to uplift all who practice with me.
