2023 YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE
PLEASE NOTE I AM CURRENTLY NOT TEACHING YOGA CLASSES
Classes are now offered both online and in studio. This format suits the needs of people wanting to practice from the comfort of their homes and for those who would like to connect in person, I’m teaching at Westcoast Hot Yoga and Lotus Pedal spin and yoga.

*All classes are by donation and payments can be made in person or by etransfer to ama@amanitayogawellness.com
You will then be notified with an invitation to register for each online Zoom class you wish to attend.
